Samsung Now Brief Gets Custom Cards in One UI
Samsung is making Now Brief more personal in One UI by introducing custom cards that let Galaxy users choose the information they want to see in their daily briefings.

What custom cards do
Rather than relying only on preset summaries, users can create cards around selected topics and describe the information they want. Samsung’s documentation highlights categories such as health, weather and video, with options to choose when a card appears.
How to create a custom card
- Open Settings on a supported Galaxy device.
- Go to Galaxy AI and select Now Brief.
- Open Custom cards and accept the data-processing agreement if prompted.
- Tap the add (+) icon, choose a category, describe the content you want, and set when the card should appear.

Samsung says users can have up to three custom cards at a time, and daily limits may apply to generating or editing them. Availability depends on the device, software version, region, language and supported apps; a Samsung Account and network connection may also be required.
Privacy and personalization settings
Now Brief uses personal data intelligence for personalized summaries. Samsung provides settings to manage custom cards, health-data access and personal data, so users can review the options available on their device.

Why it matters
Custom cards could make Now Brief more useful by bringing the information that matters to each user into one quick, personalized view. The exact options available will depend on the Galaxy device and One UI version.
